Strategy starts with how
your customers decide.
Before we touch a channel, a website or an ad account, we do the work most agencies skip: understanding who you sell to, why they buy, and where the market leaves room for you. The output is a costed plan with a number someone owns.
Six components. Each one earns its place.
Audience research
We map how your customers actually decide: what triggers the search, what they compare, what they fear, and what finally makes them pick up the phone. Not demographics on a slide; behaviour you can build against. Every message, page and campaign that follows is grounded in this work.
Competitor mapping
We audit the competitors your customers genuinely consider, not the ones you assume they do. How they position, what they charge for, where they win attention and where they leave it on the table. You see the field the way a buyer sees it, which is usually not the way the industry sees itself.
Market-gap analysis
Where audience behaviour and competitor coverage do not line up, there is a gap. We name those gaps and rank them by how much revenue sits in each and how hard it is to reach. This is where your positioning comes from: a claim you can own because nobody else is credibly making it.
Channel plan
Which channels reach your buyers at the moment they decide, in what order, and why. We are blunt about sequencing: most businesses should master one or two channels before touching a third. The plan says what to build first, what to defer, and what to stop doing entirely.
Costed roadmap
A 90-day roadmap with every initiative costed, so you can see what the plan asks of you before you commit to any of it. No vague phases. Each item states what it is, what it costs, what it depends on and what it is expected to return.
A number someone owns
Every plan ends with a KPI and a named person accountable for it, in your business or in ours. Strategy without ownership is a document; strategy with ownership is a management tool. This is the discipline that makes the rest of the engagement honest.
A plan you could run
without us.
We build the strategy to stand on its own. Most clients ask us to build and run it too, that is the next layer of the work, but the plan is yours either way.
